Online Ordering Information Top of Page

Governing Policies:  All procedures and policies set forth and are described herin and these policies are strictly enforced.  The customer hereby acknowledges all responsibility to review these policies prior to placing an order and agrees to be bound by said policies and procedures when making purchases.  Neither nor its employees guarantee compatibility of hardware or software.   Returns of products that are not compatible are to be handled according to our Returns Policy section reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone.

Customer Privacy Policy: All information provided by customers during the order process is held strictly confidential for use by .  Absolutely no customer information is sold or given to any third party, with exceptions noted.  Name, shipping address and email address will be sent to UPS and FedEx only for the use of shipping the order and providing the customer with tracking information for the package.  UPS and FedEx are not authorized to use your information for any other reason.

Item Information: All published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without prior notice.  cannot be held liable for typographical errors which may occur. Published prices do not include shipping, handling or insurance.  Some graphics displayed on www.isquaredinc.com are only respresentative, which may not show the exact item being described./p>

Account Registration: When you place an order with an account will be set up for you automatically using the email address as the identification key.  The account allows you to login to view the current status of your order and lookup all past orders placed online under the same email address.  Upon finalizing an order you will receive two emails containing information for: 1) order confirmation and 2) login password.  If you used the incorrect email address or forget your password employees cannot look it up, change or reset either your password or email address.

Messages: Each account shows all the orders placed under an email address.  Each order has a notes section which is used by employees to attach any special message we may have in regards to an order.  Every customer can login to view these messages.  If the customer used the correct email address, they should also receive an email everytime the notes are updated.

Please Note that problems with processing the payment will delay the shipping of any order, such as incorrect address, shipping address not registered, personal check not signed, etc.  If the problem is not corrected in a timely manner or we are unable to contact the customer from the information they provided, the order will be canceled.


Inventory Status: Each item will have an icon indicating its availability status.  This enables you to know what is in stock and when it should ship.  Please keep in mind that all orders may require one business day to process, with the exception of ‘Expedited’ orders.  (Online availability does not apply to pickup orders.)

Indicates the item is available to ship within 24 hours of order placement.
Indicates the item is available to ship within 48 hours of order placement.
Indicates the item is not in stock but is on order.  Item ordered are scheduled to ship within 5-9 business days of order placement.  This is only an estimated time period and cannot be guaranteed.
Item is currently unavailable or backordered.  Current pricing listed does not apply to items ordered with this status.
Item has not yet been released.  Order now to get the item first!  Orders placed with this status will be shipped on a first come first served basis as we receive quantity.

Payment Methods Top of Page

Credit Card Orders:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  International orders using credit cards for payment may only use American Express credit cards.  Credit Card orders may only be shipped to the billing address unless the following requirements are met:

  • The billing address and shipping address must both be included when ordering.
  • The alternate shipping address must be registered with the credit card company.  To add an alternate shipping address, call the number on your credit card and request that the alternate shipping address be added to your records.
  • The alternate shipping addresss must be verifiable by .

Credit Card orders will be pre-authorized for the sales amount at the time of ordering.  Charges will only be applied within 24 hours of the order shipping.  Customers who wish to cancel their order after the order has been charged and before the package has left our facility are subject to a 10% fee.  Orders with multiple items will ship when all products are ready to ship.

COD (Cash On Delivery) Orders:  Qualifying U.S. customers may pay for orders via COD for purchases under $2,000.  COD orders ship via FedEx Express only.  FedEx and will only accept secure checks as payment, which include: cashier's check, official check, and money order.  COD orders incur an additional $15 fee.  The COD fee is non refundable.  COD orders require a credit card to assure payment.  If delivery of a COD order is refused the COD fee and Shipping & Handling will be charged.

Purchase Orders:  Government, Education, and business purchase orders are welcomed. NET Term payments are subject to approval by .   Please send an email to credit@isquaredinc.com to obtain the details and forms to fill out.

Wire Transfers:  accepts wire transfer payments. For more information please send an email to credit@isquaredinc.com.

Checks, Money Orders, and Cash:  Personal checks must clear before the order is shipped.  Money Orders, certified checks, and cashier checks are accepted and avoid the delays caused by the processing of personal checks.  Cash is only accepted for pickup orders.


Shipping & Handling Top of Page

Shipping & Handling:  Shipping costs include handling charges.  Shipping costs are automatically calculated for orders which can be viewed in the Shopping Cart page, prior to finalizing an order.  All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will usually ship via FedEx Express depending on what service is available for the area.  Generally, NextDay and 2Day deliveries will be shipped via FedEx.  Orders being shipped with ground service will usually be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service.  All orders shipping to APO/FPO zip codes or PO Boxes will ship via US Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  reserves the right to use US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx to ship an order as we choose.

Tracking Information:  The tracking numbers for orders shipping via FedEx and UPS are automatically emailed, provided the customer used the correct email address.  At the end of our shipping day our shipping information is sent to FedEx and UPS.  It may take up to 24 hours for FedEx and UPS systems to send the automated email.  You can track your order with the information contained in the email. 

To manually track your order please visit the FedEx or UPS website with your tracking number or reference number.    We use the six digit order number (e.g. 701994) as the Reference Number.  To track an order using the Reference Number, please visit www.ups.com, Track By Reference Number with your order number, zip code and country (you do not need to fill in the Account Number).

If your order has been shipped and you have not receive email from FedEx or UPS, you can also send an email to tracking@isquaredinc.com.   Please include the name on the order and the order number (email requests missing this information will be disregarded).

If you need to return a product to for any reason, please review the Return Policy page.  After which please fill out and submit the Return Request Form.

If you have reviewed the Return Policy and wish to go directly to the Return Request Form click here.  By submitting to the request form you agree to return policy.

Please contact us if you experienced problems such as receiving an incorrect item or quantity, an item is missing, the package was damaged in transit, a product was damaged, etc., within seven (7) days of the package delivery.  Please fill out the Return Request Form to notify us.  We want to fix the problem.

The easiest and efficient way to contact our tech support department is to send them an email, tech@isquaredinc.comOnline email support, allows our personnel the time to research, diagnose, and offer a solution to the problem.  All emails should include your name, order number, the problem, and what you have tried to fix the problem.   Please be professional, specific and technical about the problem.  We understand that some problems are very frustrating to find let alone fix.  Because of this we ask you to be patient.
