Governing Policies:
All i2 inc procedures and policies set forth and
are described herin and these policies are strictly enforced. The customer hereby acknowledges all responsibility
to review these policies prior to placing an order and agrees to be bound by said
policies and procedures when making purchases. Neither i2
inc nor its employees guarantee compatibility of hardware or software.
Returns of products that are not compatible are to be handled according to
our Returns Policy section.
i2 inc reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone.
Customer Privacy Policy:
All information provided by customers during the order process is held strictly
confidential for use by i2 inc. Absolutely
no customer information is sold or given to any third party, with exceptions noted. Name,
shipping address and email address will be sent to UPS and FedEx only for the
use of shipping the order and providing the customer with tracking information for the package. UPS and FedEx
are not authorized to use your information for any other reason.
Item Information:
All i2 inc published prices, specifications and
services are subject to change without prior notice. i2
inc cannot be held liable for typographical errors which may occur. Published
prices do not include shipping, handling or insurance. Some graphics displayed
on www.isquaredinc.com are only respresentative, which may not show the exact item being
described./p>
Account Registration:
When you place an order with i2 inc an account
will be set up for you automatically using the email address as the identification key.
The account allows you to login to view
the current status of your order and lookup all past orders placed online under the
same email address. Upon finalizing an order you will receive two emails containing
information for: 1) order confirmation and 2) login password. If you used the incorrect email
address or forget your password i2 inc employees
cannot look it up, change or reset either your password or email address.
Messages: Each account shows all the orders placed under an email address. Each order has a notes section
which is used by i2 inc employees to attach any special message we may have in regards
to an order. Every customer can login to view these messages. If the customer
used the correct email address, they should also receive an email everytime the notes are updated.
Please Note that problems with processing the payment will delay the shipping of any order, such
as incorrect address, shipping address not registered, personal check not signed, etc. If the problem is
not corrected in a timely manner or we are unable to contact the customer from the information they provided,
the order will be canceled.
